We are welcome Open Agent( not solo agent )

Please let us know your property details. (*Room inspection only when have potential customer)

[1]name of property(condo name)

[2]monthly rental fee( your demand price and minimum price)

[3]how many sqm

[4]which floor at your room

[5]which building?(A building? B building? N tower? S tower?)

[6]your room number (  YYY/XXX ??  XXX is important.  if your condo have several building, YYY also important. sometime room number, example・・・ B20XX, in this case, B building, 20floor,  room number XX )

[7]how to look room? Very Very important, please leave key at juristic office or mailbox(only 1day or only few hour? less the risk)? not welcome to arrange appointment with someone, because in bangkok many many trafic jam,  customer always change the plan. Time Arrangement is not easy in bangkok and for customer inspection room )

[8]give me your Line ID. ( line is very easy to check the room info, search system is the best of SMS for us ) but sometimes line account will be deleted, when you broke the phone or change the phone, and else…  so please let us know your email address and mobile number.

 

Rental Agent Commission

We are asking the rental agent commission for below

[Contract fee]

Deposit 2month

1st Month rental fee 1month

Total 3month(* contract fee for move-in day or the day of making lease agreement)

[When make contract]

Mostly we suggest 1year contract to our customer. When we make contract and customer pay the contract fee, Please pay us the 1month commission fee( * if rental fee 30,000thb/month,  our commission will be 30,000thb )

and if in future, customer will extend the lease term at 2nd year, please pay us the half month commission ( above case, 15000thb )
